The best AC is nature’s breeze. Casa Xixim, a Tulum private villa with chef, was built with the natural surroundings in mind. We blend traditional building practices, modern architecture, and permaculture principles. Instead of glass windows we have screened, wood-louver walls which slide open to let that Caribbean breeze come right through.
